ONLY unopened products that have a seal, and seal is intact may be exchanged or returned for a Renew Medical Aesthetics credit. These include Neocutis products. This credit may be subject to a 5% restocking fee. There are NO refunds on opened products for health safety reasons. Unfortunately, any product that doesn’t come with a seal cannot be returned or exchanged as it cannot be determined if these products are truly unused. These include ALL other skincare products including Renew, Jan Marini and Lipsmart.
