CORE I: CORE Foundations of Injection Technique.

Course description: Begin your journey to complete CORE HCP Certification with the foundational course, CORE I: CORE Foundations of Injection Technique. This course is designed for injectors with 6 months to 2 years’ experience and will combine on and off label technique training. It will cover a full didactic review with live injections of the key anatomical subunits of the face. The CORE Faculty will cover proper consultation and assessment, anatomical considerations, and an in-depth review of injection techniques for the lips, cheeks & chin and introduction to temples and tear troughs.

Course description: Prior to injecting filler, it’s key that every injector have a solid understanding of adverse event management. Injection techniques in High Risk Areas

Course Description: This workshop is ideal for Intermediate to Advanced injectors and will focus on techniques for safely and effectively correcting those high-risk areas: filler in the forehead, nose, temples, tear troughs, pyriform, etc. While these areas present a bigger necessity to know the anatomy to safely navigate the injection landscape, they can be done with the proper anatomical understanding and know-how. Our faculty will cover the landmarks and landmines you need to know to perform these in your clinic. This session will include live demonstrations to accompany the technique training with both Drs. The Spectrum of Facial Aging: Techniques to stop the progression and treat the aging face

His advanced techniques with HA & neurotoxin have been adopted all over the world, and he is often part of shaping the global direction for HA product launches and indications, including the US for products like Restylane Refyne, Defyne and Kysse! 

The concept of ageing is based on the progression of anatomy and its changes over time. The basis for it begins with an understanding of the unique genetic components each patient begins with and the propensity for change of these key anatomical regions.

We may have a patient in her 20s which demonstrates signs of ageing, for instance of the nasolabial fold and pyriform aperture, marionette lines etc. The goal of rejuvenation in each patient category is to identify where the process of ageing has started and treat these regions in order to decrease the visible signs of aging.

So the first order of treating patients is identifying the subtle signs of ageing at their earliest visible point and slowing down the process with the aid of fillers. Fillers depending on their G’, consistency and cohesively can be used to slow down the descent of fat pads and reverse visible signs of premature aging. Just like they can be used to reverse advanced signs of ageing in older patients.
